Don't worry, she's not pregnant ... yet ... but Octomom Nadya Suleman told Matt Lauer on "NBC's People of the Year" last night she's open to the idea of having more children.
Give your uterus a rest. Please.

Mike, Charles and a very special guest took your questions on everything today -- including Adam Lambert getting dropped from GMA, Arnold Schwarzenegger's disregard for the law and why we laughed at Paula Deen.
Plus: Dr. Murray's ability to still administer Propofol -- and can he sue La Toya Jackson for calling him a "murderer" if he's cleared of playing a role in Michael's death?
Also: Mike defends OctoMom's hotness ... and says he'd make a play for Britney.

Nadya Suleman rounded up some of her hungry kids and went grocery shopping for Thanksgiving turkeys this weekend.
The 33-year-old wannabe reality star knows a thing or fourteen about turkey basters.

Looking to add to her already plentiful brood, Nadya Suleman went pet shopping in La Habra yesterday.
Because what Octomom really needs is a small creature to chase after.

It's been exactly four years since Paris Hilton's boyfriend smashed her brand new Bentley into the back of a parked car ... and TMZ went live for the first time. Since then, we've broken a few stories...
Take a stumble down memory lane ... not too bad for a four-year-old.

An Indiana prisoner claims his swimmers are responsible for Kate Gosselin's eight AND Octomom Nadya Suleman's latest litter ... and now he wants his supposed spawn to come live with him in lockdown.
In the most entertaining handwritten court papers you'll ever read, Jonathan Lee Riches -- who has filed many lawsuits against celebs in the past -- wants custody of the Gosselin kids, the Suleman kids, John Edwards' love child, all the kids on "ABC's 'All My Children'" and Bristol Palin's child "which Bristol kidnapped from Linda Tripp."
In the awesome papers, filed in Illinois, Riches claims he met Kate "at a Harrisburg Long John Silvers over octopuss" -- and when Kate went to a fertility clinic in 2002, his "sperm was added to the mix."
More awesome lines included in the papers:
-- "TLC stands for Torturing Little Children."
-- "Jon Gosselin is really a woman on steroids."
-- "I sued Black History Month."
There's much more awesomeness to be had ... JUST READ THE PAPERS.

Jon Gosselin is not going to hook up with Octomom for a TV special, because his "spiritual advisors" had a bad feeling about the project. Who knew we were spiritual advisors?
We got a statement that Jon's "talent" agent sent to the producers of "Jon - Kate = Jon + Octomom" saying, "While Jon appreciates the consideration and the potential revenues that it offers, after reviewing with both the management team and his spiritual advisors Jon has decided it is not in his best interest to pursue a show of this nature."
The "Dear Jon" letter continues, "... it is important to Jon to focus on his family and repairing the relationship that Jon and Kate need to have, both for themselves and for the sake of their children."
That's Jon Gosselin for you -- always doing the Lord's work.

Jon Gosselin and Octomom may be starring in an upcoming reality show from hell -- but the show's producers are convinced the "two biggest media sensations of our generation" are the next John Lennon and Paul McCartney.
TMZ obtained a copy of the pitch for "Jon - Kate = Jon + Octomom" which reads: "Mohammed and the Mountain started a religion. Mickey Mantle and Roger Maris started a Yankee dynasty. Lennon and McCartney started a music revolution. Now Jon and Octomom start a whole new reality in the world of Reality TV."
The pitch claims the show's so revolutionary it will rival "American Idol" in the ratings, but "there will be no rival in the shocking nature of this pairing."
As for Israel and Palestine? The producers think the show might give hope to the two warring nations -- which makes sense, because the enemy of your enemy is always your friend.

With Halloween more than a week away, OctoMom Nadya Suleman became OctoNun by playing dress up ... for the paparazzi still camped outside her house on Thursday.
The 34-year-old wombinizer put on her favorite maternity nun costume and dressed her youngest eight kiddies as little devils.
Wonder how Kate Gosselin is gonna top this getup.

The doc who pumped OctoMom full of the embryos that led to her octuplets has been officially expelled from the American Society for Reproductive Medicine.
While they didn't specifically blame their decision on his work with Nadya Suleman, the group of infertility professionals claimed Michael Kamrava repeatedly violated their standards -- which included a guideline to only implant one or two embryos in patients under age 35 to reduce the risk of multiple births.
Kamrava pumped six embryos in to Nadya Suleman.
FYI -- the ASRM does not have the authority to pull a medical license, so Kamrava is still free to do his thing.

The musical based on OctoMom Nadya Suleman is getting bigger than her onetime freakishly ginormous stomach -- so big, in fact, the show is officially moving to a bigger stage.
"OctoMom: The Musical" has been playing sold out shows in L.A. since mid-June, packing in audiences tighter than 8 babies in one uterus. Though the play was only supposed to run for a month, it shows no sign of stopping -- and is now moving to a larger venue.
The PR director for the musical tells us after this Saturday's show, they're closing up shop at The Fake Gallery and moving to "accommodate the growing audience and demand for tickets." We're told the show will re-open in October -- the new venue has yet to be announced.
We contacted two of the ticket brokers for the show -- Goldstar and EventBrite -- who confirmed it ... demand has been as crazy as Nadya herself.

With one of her older spawn at her side, OctoMom Nadya Suleman nursed her octobabies in a park near her L.A. home this weekend.
The mother of 86 is also very hungry ... for attention.

OctoMom Nadya Suleman can rest easily, because her kids are assured of getting hard-earned cash ... thanks in part to Octo-nemesis Gloria Allred.
A judge just granted a petition filed by former child actor Paul Peterson (with the help of Allred), appointing a guardian to protect the 14 piggy banks belonging to OctoMom's kids -- in particular, money the little ones are slated to make filming their upcoming reality show.
Filming begins September 1.

While her 14 kids wait for court permission to do a reality TV show, OctoMom stole the spotlight all by herself this weekend -- recording some solo shots near her new house in La Habra, Ca.
Just 24 hours before cameras were rolling, Nadya Suleman filed court documents in L.A. County Superior Court, asking the judge to allow her kids to work ... for basically peanuts.
If granted, the kids will make a reported $250k over the next three years -- less than $6,000 a year each -- less than $17 a day.
