52. Yeah, I admit it, my previous comment was a bit premature and I am happy about that. It's just that some previous things have happened around this man before...... I often wonder about people who continuously find themselves in the wrong place at the wrong time. But no doubt about it, in his own way, he helped LAPD re-evaluate some of their tactics and treatment of people. I don't live in LA, so I hope it did some good. Wow, but shot by a shotgun. Man, I wish this guy luck.

53. Rodney King like any worthless thug, that threatens the peace and security of our cities does not deserve the publicity. He does deserve the 'facial by shot gun' however, good for him! glad to hear it and I don't care what color he is, he is a punk who stole someone's car and went on a high speed chase though the streets of LA putting innocent peoples' lives in danger, not to mention the ensuing riot the stupid idiot caused, screw him.

54. well, well, well. police probably needed to subdue an extremely agile and strong man, despite his color. he was on drugs, thats why he was subdued so roughly. sometimes the police do the best they can and get into trouble. money cannot make a person better, only the person them selves.

He has never contributed to society, but thinks he deserves everything and respect. He should have taken some of the money awarded to him from the taxpayers of L.A. and enrolled in college. I'll bet that never crossed his mind. If he had been in bed at a decent hour getting ready for the next day in the classroom, he might not have been shot. Oh, I guess I'm a racist now.
